Now this is a great question I think my answer is the ‘97 Cup Finals. Maybe if the Phillies and Eagles didn’t end up with parades I’d feel differently but that series broke me and the franchise

Embiid dropped 50 with Bell’s Palsy and 34 with appendicitis, among many other examples. A lot of the hate he gets stems from him acting perfectly fine with major injuries and limitations. The public downplays what he goes through simply because his play makes it unimaginable.

The Sixers are my favorite sports team. I own lots of Sixers gear and do my best to never miss a game. The Sixers themselves exist as a complicated government experiment to see how much abuse a human being can take before they break completely. I love them.
