I’m not convinced that Bryce is the QB that he was cracked up to be. I keep hearing “but he’s a young QB” and “we have such a young team”. He’s missing too many open reads, he doesn’t follow through on his passes and they all sail high, he doesn’t read the field and the defense. He’s an athlete, and definitely a QB and improvement over the QB situation last year…but not what he was cracked up to be and I’m not sure he was 5 star. To be fair, the coaching and play calling did not play to his strengths…but there was still a lot that was on him.

LOS was owned by Ohio State. Story of the game. No pressure gave Sayin all day to throw. Won the rushing battle with 2nd half surge. Offense needed to do its part - needed better passing plan/performance. Still may not have been enough given inability to get in their backfield. Credit to the Buckeyes
