@DeNiike_ @NSNVHYPEMAN they bought happens everywhere. I was in Ibadan recently and an hotel in oritamerin said something about the AC not working until the big gen comes on around 8:30pm. Why? You could be the only guest in that hotel, the fuel cost is more than your pay.
