I know weather happens but your handling of the situation was pathetic.
#Qantas so disappointing
So Qantas ... 3 hours past take off time you cancel a flight stating right up to the minute before that it would take off. You offer accomodation and rebooking but your airport staff “aren’t responsible for that” and your telephone staff have a 2+ hour wait to get through.
