@Yeabsra_eth The 2018 base model is the thinnest version they made. I don't do anymore 3D work on it so I disabled the GPU and get much longer battery life now, 6 hrs on average. I've had to replace the battery twice in 5 years, easy to do. Id recommend if you get it for a good price

Looking for laptop recommendations. Its the first time in a while that I don't see any logical PC option that comes close to what Apple can deliver. Does anything come close? I'm currently using a 2018 Razer blade base model.

Its a nice thin rig, I think it is the thinnest version of the Razer they made. - I have had to swap out the battery twice. - Also, I don't do any more 3D work on it so i disabled the GPU. Battery life is great after I did that, it also runs much cooler and gets 6hr of run time.

How are people liking this transparent twitter UI? It’s a little annoying at times as it makes the bottoms of my screen a mess. In some cases the background and foreground mix together and it’s hard to interact with. Maybe I’m just getting older…..

@JFrankensteiner @BrendenDearie and @nathanlarouche I know y’all like Kubrick. Just saw this and found it interesting. Not necessarily that Kubrick was doing this to be funny. More that the reference is so blatant. Of course it would be to a film called “True Lies”. Grabbing more tinfoil now.
