13% Conservative to Labour swing in Sunderland South. What Labour needs. Very strong reform showing. They’re going to end up second in dozens of seats, to Labour and Tory. Going to be a huge part of the politics of the next Parliament.

Feeling really downhearted about scripted TV in the UK. Long-runners have gone, intergenerational inequality is acute and talented people get written off because they have the “wrong” credits. My number one tip for future writers, directors and producers? Come from money.
