@DPDgroup_news Thanks for delivering a parcel I sent to a pile of rubbish which the recipient didn’t receive. Please see image - definitely not an open doorway as per your policy. Customer services were difficult to get hold of and said I’d hear back in 5 days - It’s been a week.
