I disagree that some hobbies may result with a usefull or decorational product. Such as knitting, woodworking, or even painting. However, as a gamer myself, I agree that hobbies don't need to be productive.

Video games aren't any more of a "waste of time" than any other hobby or recreational activity. You are just grasping for some reason to police the concept of recreation. Women in particular love to nag in this way, but many conservative men are constitutionally female as well.

@KaiKai2492 @The__Unyielding I do believe representation is not about colour but about story. However when material is written by people with similar backgrounds it tends to be repetetive. Same for whats happening in cinema rn. Diversity is important in a way its not practiced or understood at the moment.

You shouldn’t want representation in the first place. I can relate to characters like Goku, or Optimus, or Aigis. Characters that aren’t even human or my own sex When I watch Black Panther I don’t ask why there isn’t any representation of my race in Wakanda, not only does it not make sense but it doesn’t matter anyway. If you feel the need to demand representation because you can’t relate to/enjoy a story about characters that aren’t like you then that says a lot about you. Literally all that matters is if the story and characters are written well

@nadirekabinesi How can Turks read Ottoman texts when they had Arabic text. Ataturk latinised your alphabet last time I checked. Dothraki were a decent tribe, they never sailed to conquer

@wissamali139420 @ruikamioshiro @bsecuit modern turkish is not reliant on old influence of arabic and persian. literally no one says muvaffakiyet anymore and most young people wouldn't even know the meaning. there is a good turkish word for it, başarı.

@ruikamioshiro @bsecuit How? Alot of turkish words comes from Arabic and perisan like the word "muvaffakiyet" the original word in ottoman script is موفقيت ( mwfqyt) it only has has 6 letters but when you converte it to latin you will add alots of vowels to adapt to it
