@Natuzzi ordered sofa in June have been told date after date by the store. Was eventually told definite delivery prior to Christmas, called again today to be told " it's touch and go" for promised pre Christmas. The 3rd date that we have been told. Cancel it and refund please.

@Natuzzi ordered my sofas at your Renfrew store in June this year, leaving a sizeable cash deposit.We were told delivery would be end of September/ beginning of October. It’s now mid December and have not received one call from you with an update. What is going on!!Unacceptable

@Natuzzi I have the same problem as the rest of your very unhappy customers- been waiting 5 months for Sofas and not receiving 1 call from you on progress or delivery. After many calls to you still have no clue when they will arrive. You are just an awful company to deal with!!

@indsssz @Natuzzi Wish I read this before I placed my order. They brought us damaged chairs after spending £4500 and waiting for 16 weeks 8 weeks ago. We sent the chairs back but not heard a word from @Natuzzi since then.

@Natuzzi bought two Leather Recliners for my livingroom. After 12 months the right side of each had sunk. Got assessor to inspect he said normal wear and tear. Now both are un useable after less than two years, never encountered this problem with any other manufacturer.

So dissapointed with @Natuzzi service! We bouhgt a sofa back in April, and we are waiting the delivery for 2 months now. We did not received one single call to give us an explanation and me and my husband have to chase every day. we are paying £5k and receive such sh** service!

Received our @natuzzi sofas today, disappointed with quality considering how much we paid. On first using a recliner looks like a centre bracket has buckled. Wait for the store to phone back and sort out, also deep scratches on usb socket panel, which didn’t spot on delivery.
