@vPeakk Completely agree. My time taking videos games seriously unironically taught me the blueprint on how to improve in every other aspect of life.

People always claim that taking a video game seriously and wanting to improve is cringey because “it’s just a video game.” But in all reality what is actually cringey is demeaning somebody for caring about something that is different than what you care about.

If there is one hill that I will die on, it is that giving other people shit for having a different passion than you is so shitty. If somebody doesn’t play video games casually and they actually take it seriously, how is it okay to give them shit for having passion?
