@eugah @marcthiessen You have no idea what you're talking about. I worked 45 years active duty/DOD in the EU/NATO and all of their equipment including ships are European made in Europe. From the Euro-fighter to their aircraft carriers to the SA80 A2.

@navyret71 @marcthiessen We funded their defense in exchange for them buying all of our planes, copters, munitions and a hundred other things adding up to $100s of billions. Factoring in the arms sales, the costs are much more reciprocally shared than it seems.
