@eurowings I don't see how refunding a faulty item purchased on board is protecting the safety of your passengers? It's simply poor customer service and the passenger does not come first. As a non resident of Germany you expect me to return the product using German postal service?! Madness!
@eurowings I bought a faulty power pack on your flight today and the staff refused to refund me at time of purchase when I showed them the product was faulty!
