I said what you are saying - becasue pork distribution in th UAE requires a license. Not so for beef in Telangana. OK.. UAE does not operate under the same system of law.... so long as the pork is distributed among Hindus by Hindus, nothing is likely to happen. Prok is strictly regulated in the UAE - only legal for consuimption by non-Muslims and sales and distribution of pork require licenses. Telengana probably does not have any law prohibiting the slaughter or distribution of cow meat. Action taken by private citizens outide of the law is against the rule of law.
