@Frejoregui Maybe just make the NWSL the 15-30 year old league, I guess, if players aren't worth investing in. Soon we'll be saying 28 is too old.

@Frejoregui Kerr made 50k a year last time she was in the NWSL. Players who do a lot less are on a hell of a lot more now. There are injured and injury prone players on huge contracts. Kerr is actually fit now and is still a guaranteed goal contributor. Marta is 40 and still in the league

@Frejoregui A young player could sign and then immediately get injured. No guarantees either way. But it would be funny if clubs didn't want a player who is still one of the best strikers in the world, even after coming back from a long injury. They aren't forced to sign her though.
