@NCBABankKenya has really been getting on my nerves with the mobile banking app - downtimes without notice and now a 4th instance of transactions not going through - only that this time a reversal is taking AGES.

@ncbacare How long do you exactly take to reply to emails or resolve customer complains? I sent the email below on Thursday last week and it has not been responded to
@ncbacare I had reached out to customer care on my M-Shwari loans and fuliza which I cleared in May 2025 but still listed in CRB. I’ve not gotten any response on the complaint and the listing is still active. What should I do to have it resolved?
