అపర భగీరథుడు సర్ ఆర్థర్ కాటన్ స్ఫూర్తితో గోదావరి డెల్టా రైతుల భవిష్యత్‌కు శాశ్వత భద్రత కల్పించే మరో కీలక అడుగు వేశాం. ధవళేశ్వరం బ్యారేజీకి రూ.152 కోట్లతో 117 కొత్త గేట్ల పునరుద్ధరణ పనులకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టాం. 2014లో మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో 64 గేట్లను ఆధునీకరించినట్లే, ఇప్పుడు మిగిలిన గేట్లనూ పూర్తిగా నవీకరిస్తున్నాం. పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు పనులను పరిశీలించాను. ఇప్పటికే 89 శాతం పూర్తయిన ఈ జాతీయ ప్రాజెక్టును మార్చి 2027 నాటికి పూర్తి చేయడమే మా లక్ష్యం. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ప్రాధాన్యతా క్రమంలో చేపట్టనున్న 36 సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టుల పురోగతిపైనా అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించాను. వచ్చే మూడేళ్లలో రూ.35,313 కోట్లతో వీటిని పూర్తి చేసి రాష్ట్రంలో చిట్టచివరి భూములకు సాగునీరు అందిస్తాం. రైతన్నకు సాగునీటి భద్రత... రాష్ట్రానికి జల భద్రత... ఇదే మా సంకల్పం.

నంద్యాల జిల్లా పర్యటనలో వందల మంది రైతుల భూ సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించడం ఎంతో సంతోషాన్ని ఇచ్చింది. గత పాలకుల నిర్లక్ష్యంతో 22-ఏ జాబితాలో చిక్కుకుని, అనేక ఏళ్లుగా ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్న బేతంచర్ల మండలం గుటుపల్లి రైతుల సమస్యకు పరిష్కారం చూపాము. గత పర్యటనలో వారికి ఇచ్చిన మాట ప్రకారం, గుటుపల్లెలో 2074 ఎకరాల పట్టా భూములను నిషేధిత జాబితా నుంచి తొలగించే ప్రక్రియను నేడు బనగానపల్లె తహసిల్దార్ కార్యాలయంలో స్వయంగా పర్యవేక్షించాను. 897 మంది రైతులకు తమ భూములపై పూర్తి హక్కులు లభించాయి. అలాగే, బనగానపల్లె నియోజకవర్గంలోని మరో 23 మంది రైతులకు చెందిన 101 ఎకరాల చుక్కల భూములను కూడా క్రమబద్ధీకరించి, వారికి న్యాయం చేశాం. ప్రజలు ప్రాణంగా భావించే భూములపై వారికే హక్కులు కల్పించి, సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించి వారి ఆస్తులకు భద్రతను, జీవితాలకు భరోసా కల్పిస్తున్నాం. 2027 మార్చినాటికి భూముల రీ సర్వే 2.0 పూర్తి చేసి భూ వివాదాలు లేని రాష్ట్రంగా చేయాలని పనిచేస్తున్నాం. #PattadarPassbooks
