@Karen92195695 It’s just hair. It will grow back. I’ve been in various treatments for 7 years. This is the link 2nd time I’ve lost my hair. I’ve been bald since thanksgiving.

So, for the first time in 5 years of treatment I've finally lost my hair. This for me was the hardest mentally and I lost it in handfuls on the plane to the U.S. I'm feeling better about it now, brave enough to post this picture. Please be kind 🥰🙏

As a last assignment in CSP, CSA and Media Comp with Python I’m having students create their own CS related meme and write about it. I have been laughing at the memes all day!

Finally setting up the 3D that @GirlsWhoCode funded for our club. It arrived 3 weeks before the pandemic in March 2020.

@JeffSolin @ChiPubSchools We have 2 hours of in person. Most scheduled are remote. Those 2 hours are giving me anxiety.

@ChiPubSchools @ChiPubSchools How about a flyer that says "Don't add extra health risks to your kid's teachers and their families. Not vaccinated? Meet with them remotely." or... "I hope you're not all unvaccinated up in here reading this flyer."

@ChiPubSchools wants tchrs "Promoting Vaccines During Report Card Pickup / Parent-Teacher Conferences" but is doing absolutely nothing to protect those teachers from unvaccinated people coming to meeting with them. Vaccination should be required. There's a remote option if not.

I know Nov 8th is #NationalSTEMDay, but we need to make #STEM for every kid EVERYDAY! I’ll give away 3 copies of #DailySTEM to help…just Retweet to enter!

For CyberSecurity Awareness Month, our CyberSecurity colloquium researched different aspects of CyberSecurity and created infographics.

(One more reasons schools should teach computer science, including cybersecurity)

Congrats to the NCP girl’s cross country team on winning the CPS championship today. Senior Elia Ton-That finished 1st overall as Lulu Ton-That finished 3rd. Arianna Holbrook & Allison Feeney placed 14th & 16th. The team edged Payton 61-63 for the win!

Had a terrific turnout for the Robotics team interest meeting!

How to encourage students to participate in STEM classes? Show them alumni who are doing it after high school!
