NCPCR remains committed to ensuring that every child in India enjoys a safe, secure, and dignified childhood. With the Constant support of Ministry of Women and Child Development, under the dynamic leadership of the Hon’ble Minister of Women and Child Development, Smt Annapurna Devi, and the Hon’ble Minister of State, Smt Savitri Thakur, and continuous encouragement by Secretary, MWCD, NCPCR has achieved significant milestones during 2025-26. These include: •⁠ ⁠Resolved over 36,000 pending complaints, clearing 70% of backlog •⁠ ⁠rescued over 4,100 trafficked children, with over 2,700 successfully rehabilitated. •⁠ ⁠Over 2,100 children repatriated to Child Care Institutions in their home districts. •⁠ ⁠Enabled adoption of Sugar Board initiative across 24 States/UTs, covering ~7 lakh schools, following sustained engagement with education authorities; an initiative appreciated by the Hon’ble Prime minister. •⁠ ⁠Successfully carried Anti Trafficking Campaign - “बाल तस्करी से आजादी”, across 200 districts, strengthening nationwide action against child trafficking. •⁠ ⁠Organized 61 awareness conferences and workshops across national, regional, state, and district levels on key child protection laws, including POCSO Act, JJ Act, RTE Act, and child health. •⁠ ⁠Induction of technology at large scale - merging of multiple portals of NCPCR and bringing them on better and faster platforms. Participated in the NCPCR Awareness Workshop in Guntur, bringing together officials from education, health, police and women & child development to strengthen our collective commitment to protecting every child. The workshop focused on improving awareness of child rights laws, strengthening school safety, enhancing coordination among institutions and ensuring effective implementation of laws such as the POCSO Act and the Juvenile Justice Act. Protecting children’s rights requires strong systems, informed institutions and compassionate enforcement. Our shared effort must ensure every child grows in safety, dignity and opportunity. గుంటూరులో నిర్వహించిన NCPCR అవగాహన వర్క్‌షాప్‌లో పాల్గొని, విద్య, ఆరోగ్యం, పోలీసు శాఖలు మరియు మహిళా–శిశు సంక్షేమ శాఖ అధికారులతో కలిసి ప్రతి బాలుడి రక్షణ కోసం మా సమిష్టి కట్టుబాటును మరింత బలపరచుకున్నాము. ఈ వర్క్‌షాప్‌లో బాలల హక్కుల చట్టాలపై అవగాహన పెంపు, పాఠశాలల్లో పిల్లల భద్రతను బలోపేతం చేయడం, వివిధ సంస్థల మధ్య సమన్వయాన్ని మెరుగుపరచడం, అలాగే POCSO చట్టం మరియు జువెనైల్ జస్టిస్ చట్టం వంటి కీలక చట్టాల సమర్థ అమలుపై ప్రత్యేకంగా చర్చించాము. బాలల హక్కుల పరిరక్షణకు బలమైన వ్యవస్థలు, అవగాహన కలిగిన సంస్థలు మరియు మానవీయ దృక్పథంతో కూడిన అమలు అత్యంత అవసరం. ప్రతి బాలుడు భద్రత, గౌరవం మరియు అవకాశాలతో ఎదగే వాతావరణాన్ని కల్పించడం మనందరి బాధ్యత.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी के नेतृत्व में बच्चों की सुरक्षा हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग ने स्थानीय पुलिस के साथ मिलकर बिहार के सारण से 9 और सिवान से 3 नाबालिग बालिकाओं को मानव तस्करी से मुक्त कराया है। पिछले 9 महीनों में आयोग द्वारा 2600 से अधिक बच्चों को तस्करी के चंगुल से बचाया गया है। राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग निरंतर सतर्कता, त्वरित कार्रवाई और संवेदनशील दृष्टिकोण के साथ बच्चों के अधिकारों की रक्षा में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है। हर बच्चे को सुरक्षित, सम्मानजनक और भयमुक्त बचपन मिले, यही हमारी प्रतिबद्धता है।

समाज के सामूहिक प्रयासों और भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सभी कार्यकर्ता साथियों द्वारा झारखंड सरकार पर बनाए गए दबाव का सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आया है। रांची के धुर्वा से लापता हुए भाई–बहन अंश और अंशिका को रामगढ़ जिले के चितरपुर क्षेत्र से सुरक्षित बरामद किया जाना हम सभी के लिए राहत और संतोष का विषय है। इस पूरे अभियान में सकारात्मक भूमिका निभाने वाले मीडिया साथियों, सामाजिक संगठनों, जागरूक नागरिकों और सभी सहयोगियों का भी हृदय से आभार, जिनकी सतर्कता और संवेदनशीलता ने इस प्रयास को मजबूती प्रदान की। दुर्भाग्यवश, यदि झारखंड सरकार प्रारंभ से ही अधिक सतर्क और संवेदनशील होती, तो यह घटना घटित ही नहीं होती और बच्चों व उनके परिजनों को इस मानसिक पीड़ा से नहीं गुजरना पड़ता। बच्चों की सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि है। इस दिशा में किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
