ANNOUNCEMENT: Dr. David Porretta, Emeritus Professor from Ohio State University, will be the speaker for NCPEID's 2026 Claudine Sherrill Lecture. Dr. Porretta's lecture title is, "Personal Reflections: Adapted Physical Education and the Influence of the Consortium."

The deadline for submitting an abstract to present at the 2026 NCPEID Annual Conference has been extended to April 15th! Please consider submitting. Submissions are on NCPEID.org. The conference will be held virtually July 9th-11th.

ANNOUNCEMENT: The NCPEID 2026 Annual Conference Keynote Speaker will be Liezel Gouws. Liezel is a pharmacist and paralympic athlete! Her keynote address will be, "More Than Sport: The Transformative Power of Physical Activity and Sport in the Lives of Persons with Disabilities."
