i don’t understand how you can be a giant dbd content creator and think that whether something should or shouldn’t be in dbd is based on whether it’s ’scary’ or not, the trickster/wesker/etc are from horror stories/franchises, vader is sci-fi fantasy.

@kttn_xi @GraveDBD Agree to disagree I suppose. IMO there’s nothing scary about a hot Korean popstar who throws knives, a dork with sunglasses full of corny one-liners, a flying skeleton with bright colorful magic skulls and hands, or a runway model with drones. 🤷♂️

@TransWesker2 @COFFINSLIME I think it could be either or both. Different people find different things scary. I don’t find Wesker scary, but I’m sure the people he killed in the RE universe thought he was scary. Same goes with Vader, in the SW universe he is a terrifying mass-murderer.

They have some horror elements but so does Demon Slayer. That argument falls completely flat. If they can Vecna from DnD work they can make Darth Vader work in dbd.

They will always pick something that will keep players around longevity because at the end of the day its always about money. Vader is gonna print money.

kind of peeves me that the Xenomorph in DBD has its skull visible on official artwork and promotional material, but in game you cant see it because the dome is completely opaque for some reason. the default xenomorph in DBD is canonically Big Chap/Kane's Son so i dont see why not
