26 YEARS AGO TODAY Chris Childs hit Kobe Bryant with a 2-piece! KOBE: “The little punk decided to sneak me...I didn’t think he was going to throw a punch. I didn’t think he had the balls to do it. He threw a sucker punch."

"Not all Christian folks still support the view that same sex relationships are wrong or an abomination. In fact, most don’t." The Bible is the word of God, not Christians. It's irrelevant that "Christian folk' disagree with God. They're wrong. God is right. Much respect.

The conversation surrounding public speech is always interesting. Each side pointing the finger and accusing the other of double standards. While you guys are mad at Kerr and Pop for saying their feelings, the current administration is threatening to take away airwave access to networks that broadcast things they don’t like while saying they support free speech. That would be a double standard. Saying one thing while supporting another. Part of what makes America great is free speech. You can say what you feel is right. And the government doesn’t get to punish you for that. And while every person is fully entitled to their own views and religious outlook, their employer has the option to support that message, look the other way or make a decision that most likely supports their bottom line. That isn’t a double standard. The Bulls are a business. Supporting a player who has negative views about their paying customers, that would not be good business. Not all Christian folks still support the view that same sex relationships are wrong or an abomination. In fact, most don’t. Kid Rock says what he wants to say and folks get to make a business decision to pay to see him play. It’s a business decision not a double standard.

Energy independence means we produce enough volume, but it doesn't give us price control. Oil is a global commodity—US drillers sell to the highest bidder on the world stage. If the Strait of Hormuz conflict pushes global prices to $100+, US companies aren't going to sell to us for $60 out of the goodness of their hearts. We’re tied to the world’s 'Hormuz Tax' whether we like it or not

Joe Concha says the legacy media reflexively opposes anything tied to President Trump, arguing their bias drives them to amplify negatives and ignore positives: “But you know what, Sean? After 10 years of us talking about this stuff, I think we can safely come to one cold and incontrovertible fact: if it’s good for Trump—and therefore good for the country—the legacy media will reflexively be against it. Let’s put it this way: Trump could issue an executive order banning pineapple on pizza—which 95% of people out there would probably support—and Democrats would come out in favor of pineapple on pizza, and their allies in the press would echo that sentiment.

@rohit1288 @kaitlancollins If the US is energy independent, why have gas prices risen .75c/gallon, on average, in the last three weeks?

Senator Scott is saying the quiet part out loud: The US is energy independent, but our allies aren't. ⛽️🇺🇸 Telling them "we don't need you" while demanding they send warships is the ultimate geopolitical power move. He’s basically telling the world: "If you want your lights to stay on, you police the water. We’re doing you a favor." Bold strategy or a recipe for isolation? 👇 #StraitOfHormuz #RickScott #EnergySecurity

COLLINS: Military action in Cuba -- is that something you support? RICK SCOTT: I don't think he'll have to do it. I mean, look, Trump is not a president who wants to go-- he doesn't want forever wars. He wants peace and stability.

The Daily Controversy With Chris Reid
Even if we didn't have a strong majority its not relevant. The president is the commander and chief & low information voters are not tasked to make judgment calls on when we engage in military conflict. Plus, when we are successful, the same people who said they were against the conflict will pretend they were for it all along. Too many people go with wherever the wind is blowing and that troubles me. But Trump will do the right thing and then he will convince people that his action was correct.
