@perfumeonpaper based on your relationship with laxatives, i can’t say much besides focusing on fiber and water intake (fiber foods not just powder). exercising is a must for your bowel movement if stuck and i recommend pelvis exercises. please see a doctor if this persists for another month 1/2

chugged a bottle of prune juice just for it to not help my constipation at all and only gave me bubble guts

fish all i eat is fish now.

i am 180lbs currently. before my binge cycle i had for 4 months, i was 155lbs. it’s heartbreaking, but i already knew my weight from how I looked physically yet i still avoided the scale until today. hopefully this motivates me more instead of binging again
