He confessed in detail to police, saying he retrieved a gun from his truck and shot each in the head (then again to confirm). It’s top sirloin, wet-aged up to forty-five days after slaughter—think about six weeks on the “hoof” side, but really just hanging out in cryo-vac getting tender. Not dry-aged like some fancy spots, but still plenty of time to mellow out before they slap it on the grill.

So apparently there's a place called Big Texan Steak Ranch, Amarillo, Texas where they'll slap down a 4 and a half lbs (72 oz) slab of steak, a baked potato, some salad, dinner roll and shrimp and if you can eat it in an hour - it's free.
