Unfortunately, this is the 2025 Bulldogs. Call Freo "vanilla" all you want but they are a very well balanced team. The Dogs, however, don't have enough spread of talent across the ground. If we're not dominating clearance and forward half ball, we can't get into the game.

Rank 11, I'm stuck. Nick averages 93.1 whilst tagged and 140.7 when not. From my POV, he will be tagged at least another 7-8 times this year. Libba has an easier fixture and less chance of tags. However, his age and health history is concerning + that bye. #Supercoach

@neddlessssss At this point in the season though, the Libba pick is a bit scarier. I think you just have to weigh up whether the potential few hundred points extra come seasons end, is worth the increased risk in your mind. Just remember that there are no guarantees with this game.

@neddlessssss his kicking effieciency has also been bad. thats probably due to the tags the fact that he is playing injured also means that you can wait on him especially with his high BE , you have a massive advantage over people that paid up for him atm

@neddlessssss Started Libba and faded Daicos, very happy with that choice so far, considering I was expecting it to only last until Bont's return. Bevo himself said he will need to give Libba a rest at some point regardless of injury, and the risk of concussion is always looming.

@magicmoments000 That is a good point. Interestingly, the only major alterations in his stats in the last 3 years are 2 kicks less and his goal accuracy has flipped. Fine margins that he can easily hone in on.

@neddlessssss at rank 11 it means you have 2000 teams behind you, if 50% of the comp have Daicos then you have anti Podded a Gun player, however in saying that Rank 1 & 2 also dont have daicos, i would grab daicos and not allow teams behind me to catch up,

@Charlie23082 T. Green my biggest POD, and Nick my biggest anti-pod, which has worked so far. If he continues at this standard it could be the difference between 11th and 1st. But if he explodes then it's season over.
