@mobilisingniger I stopped eating beef a long time ago and it continues.
There were lots we could do as individuals that would negatively impact the cattle economy in this country, referencing such acts if they were verifiably real.
As a farmer I understood the impact of such rascality.🤔😎

@instablog9ja He's only trying to pull the wool over the eyes of Northerners and very likely they might fall for it.
Yes a deal was made between them to trade places with Nigeria, but the fact is that they both failed the country and advanced their personal interests.😵😎
We bought diesel.

@SaharaReporters This doesn't in any way bring about improved or better services, these network service providers are one if not the worst sector in the present economy.😎
Most services are post paid yet they treat you like they're doing you some favours, it is unacceptable.😵😎

Before you give up on farming, read this till the end.
Young, unemployed and first-time farmers, this is for you.
Farming starts with strategy and commitment, not money. Though money is important.
But the truth is this 👇🏾
Most beginners don’t fail in farming because they are poor…
They fail because they try to start like professionals.
You see a well-established farm doing well, everything looks good from your point of view,
Next thing… you want to copy that exact level immediately.
Without asking:
What did they go through to get here?
How many seasons did they fail?
How much did they invest?
There is nothing wrong with starting small especially when money is tight.
In fact, that’s your advantage because you gain alot and loose a little.
First focus on crops that are forgiving but still profitable.
Let me use pepper farming as an example 👇🏾.
If you want to grow pepper but don’t have money for hybrid inputs or have money but don't want to make costly mistakes;
1: Start with OPV pepper seeds.
They are everywhere, cheaper, adaptable, and you can even save seeds for the next season.
2: For your pepper nursery: Use ordinary topsoil. No need to overdo it.
3: Look for:
-Virgin land
-Fallowed land
-Or any land that hasn’t been overused
It's a great benefit and pepper thrives well in such.
4: Plant early immediately the rains stabilize, don't do irrigation.
This will help you cut cost on water management, makes your pepper grow well and puts you among the first batch Farmer's to sell during the high rain season demand period.
5: For weed control: If you are doing zero tillage, just know you have to constantly fight weed and pepper don't like competitions.
What i recommend.
-Save up money and buy Selective and cheap herbicide
-Manually weed and remove weeds when they are still very tender atleast two weeks interval (don't give space for competitions)
-use some of the weed as mulch at the base of your plants, it will make weeds to not grow around them anymore.
6: For pest control: You don’t need to rush chemicals.
- Start with cheap brands (₦1500-₦2000 ones)
-Start with: Neem extract
and Wood ash
-If your farm is void of weeds and not waterlogged, you won't have much issue with pest.
Here’s what Agric textbooks won’t tell you:
Your first pepper harvest may not be perfect.
But it will be profitable in cash and experience if you do it well.
By the second and third season, you already understand:
Your soil
Your timing
Your mistakes
Your market
That’s when real money starts.
Final truth:
You don’t need to rush Agriculture, it's a constant profession. Take your time to study and blend into the system.
Just start with what is available to you.
Farmers who starts small and learns fast will always beat the one who is waiting or who jumped in the system because of his expectations and resources.
Quote and Share this for others to learn.

@sowore @MTNNG @AirtelNigeria is no saint when it comes to such complexities, I presently have 2 subscriptions. One was forced cos the first failed to deliver and I activated a second as option which equally failed to perform.
I'm presently faced with a waste of either of them.
Compensations?😎

The case of @MTNNG very serious of case of fraud must be dealt with, @MTNNG is in the schemes of defrauding subscribers through bogus airtime and data charges. #AACOurParty #TakeItBack #RevolutionNow

Apart from @MTNNG, @Airtel, and @GloWorld, these terrible Nigerian telecoms companies, I also pay about £72 monthly for @elonmusk’s @Starlink, even @Starlink only the service still works only sporadically.
Nigerians are being forced to pay premium prices for substandard, unreliable digital access in a country where communication is now essential for survival, business, and civic participation.
It is time to fight to reclaim our digital communication rights from these subscriber looters. Enough of dropped calls, vanishing data, throttled speeds, and endless excuses. #TakeItBack #AACOurParty #RevolutionNow

Do you know that a cow and calf health is one of the greatest the foundation of a productive herd. A well nourished, healthy cow produces strong calves and adequate milk, while early colostrum intake builds the calf’s immunity and supports rapid growth.
The bond between cow and calf also matters low stress and proper nursing lead to better weight gain and survival rates. When this connection or health is compromised, productivity drops.
Strong cows + healthy calves = a more fertile, efficient, and profitable herd.
