Once you lost the plot in mega auction there is negligible chance in the current dynamics to come back in that cycle and win a title especially if you fumble in key roles like middle and lower order hitters and 16-20 pacers.

Most of CSK's coaching staff have been around since 2009. They've tried to change their ways this season, and fair play for that, but it's not wrong to freshen things up sometimes. Maybe, just maybe, it's time to move on from Fleming and co. Have thought this since last season.
