Went to register a SIM today, and what happened honestly got me thinking. After the first process, he captured my face, and I assumed everything was done. Next thing, he said the registration didn’t go through because the network was bad. Since I wasn’t paying too much attention at first, we started the process all over again. This time, I noticed he picked up another SIM entirely, not the one we had registered earlier. That was when it hit me… he had registered two different SIMs. This is exactly how people get implicated in things they know nothing about. I made sure I collected both SIMs, even though he kept denying it. I’m very sure of what I saw. In the next 24 hours, I’ll find out if both were activated. Please, whenever you’re registering a SIM, pay close attention. Don’t assume anything. Watch every step.

Motherhood is comprised of hundreds of silent sacrifices. Lost sleep to cold coffee, and the greater things like a sense of individuality, a life apart from kids. Your kids won't know how much you gave up for them. Your husband may never truly understand. Your friends and family see the end result - not the journey that got you there. But there is one who sees each moment, each silent tear, each heavy sigh? God. He not only is beside you, He is holding you. He is shaping your hands to care for your children, molding you to be exactly who He designed specifically for your child.

The more you grow in the Word, the more your metrics change. What once impressed you begins to lose its weight. “Angelic encounters.” “Visiting heaven.” You begin to realise these are not the hallmarks of growth. They are not the proof of maturity. And those who parade them often exaggerate what they have not accurately understood. You are not trying to visit heaven. You are already seated there. Not visiting. Seated. In Christ. Far above all. So what exactly are we celebrating when maturity is reduced to “I went to heaven” or “I saw an angel”? So what is the big deal if you “visit” where you are already seated in Christ? Or if you “see” one out of the innumerable company of angels in Zion? The believer is not a visitor in the spirit. The believer is established in Christ. Angels are not your superiors. They are ministering spirits. The more you grow, the less noise you make about these things. Because maturity is not measured by sightings. It is revealed in your understanding of Christ. Christ is the point. And in Him, you have already arrived. And if indeed you did, handle it with maturity. Like Paul, speak of it years later. “I knew a man…” Restrain your tongue. Because many of the things being loudly brandished today are not lawful for a man to utter. So hear this clearly: There is nothing wrong with you if you have never “visited heaven” or seen angels. Take responsibility for your faith. Nobody forced a church on you. There are hundreds of thousands of good churches, where sound doctrine is taught. Why didn't you unglue yourself and look for a church with a sound pastor? Stood blaming others. Take responsibility.
