Most people think bad sleep is because of the mattress. Most of the time, it’s not. If your mind is worried, even the best mattress won’t help you sleep. In India, crores of people sleep on simple mats and still sleep well. A good mattress can help your body relax a little. But good sleep mostly comes from good habits. And when those habits slip, sleep suffers. Late coffee. Late dinner. Endless phone scrolling. Sleeping at different times every day. Sleep is shaped by how your day goes. And it shapes how your next day feels. Mattress companies sell “good sleep” very well. But for most people, a mattress contributes only a small fraction to it. You can’t buy good sleep. You have to build it. What’s the one habit that hurts your sleep the most?

My regular health test reports are 10/10. Golden rules which help me achieve it: - Having fix go-to-bed time (+/- 15 mins) - Sleeping for 8 hours (+/- 15 mins) - Having the meals at the same time every day (+/- 15 mins) - Having controlled yet nutrient portions of meals - Taking vitamin supplements regularly - Making at least 5000 steps - Balancing social and 'me-time' (for mental health) These habits seem simple in reading, but they can be challenging to sustain. Some were instilled in me by my parents, while others I’ve adopted myself. But it's been 10 years, I have been following most of these (Except vitamins). Now they have become habits, life seems very easy on the health front. And each of these habits keeps others in check so it's easier to follow. i.e. If I sleep on time, I wake up on time If I wake up at the same time, I will get time to play/exercise If I do that, I feel hungry at the same time every day if I have dinner at the same time, my sleep will trigger at the same time, and so on.. Now, if I slip from the schedule, it's also a loop. If I am sleeping late, I will wake up late I will miss exercising then I won't feel hungry at the same time I will have dinner late as well .. and then sleep late again.. and the cycle will continue. It's important to break these negative cycles and inculcate positive ones. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥, 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭.

What we envisioned for this world sleep day was something like the image - A Pyjama Party for over 2024 people somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of the city and under an open sky. But of course easier said than done and could not bring life to be vision because of limited resources. Then we came up with an idea to help 2024 individuals with their sleep by launching the biggest giveaways of the year of sleep aid products. We have been overwhelmed with the response, we are working tirelessly (and taking naps continuously) to deliver these 2024 bundles of quality sleep! There's no better feeling.
