NeetCode keeps getting better - we just added 1000+ animated dry-runs, for every single solution to every single problem in the NeetCode 250 coding interview list. Genuinely one of the most useful features for learning. Searching a rotated sorted array has never been easier! You can step through your own user submitted code as well.

I feel really bad for the next generation porn addicts.. I though algorithmic feeds were bad enough, but personalized gooning is gonna be a tough hole to climb out of

@jarredsumner Would really love to interview you about building Bun. I'm sure a lot of others are interested too. I'll do my homework & ask good questions. We can talk about AI as much or as little as you want.

Forgot to post on twitter - my conversation with @thdxr from @opencode Talked a lot about how programming is changing & not changing. I really enjoyed a lot of the historical takes that Dax has. He's building one of these "agentic coding" tools, so he sees the value in it, but he also has a healthy amount of skepticism. A lot of the core debates about "vibe code" vs "traditional code" aren't new. They already existed in many forms, e.g. go fast break things vs overengineering, microservices vs monolith, testing, etc. I also really resonated with his idea of competition - was probably my favorite part, but there were many great ones! 0:00 - Intro 3:56 - Dax's developer workflow 6:54 - Is code no longer written by humans? 11:32 - Competition, Claude Code 19:04 - Positioning vs Product 23:49 - Will OpenAI acquire OpenCode? 28:02 - The Future of Coding, effort vs impact 37:16 - Code Quality 42:23 - Did AI take the fun out of programming? 45:56 - Will programming skills decay long term? 51:56 - Technical skills alone are useless 58:56 - Becoming an Elite Developer Thank you to our sponsors @posthog and @greptile You can find the NeetCode podcast on YT, Spotify & Apple Podcast - links below

i left spawn. i joined during v2 and worked on the creator canvas. the main interface for making games. when we pivoted to v3, i designed and built the entire ai asset generation pipeline from scratch. kept scaling and evolving it through v4. that same pipeline still powers games today. built the character creation experience too. prompt to image to 3d model with animations. your personal character you play games with. worked across the entire web app and desktop app. plus deep performance work. loading times of games, rendering, page load times. small team. massive output. learned more here than anywhere before. career update soon.

There is a feeling of deep and deliberate care that permeates every part of Anthropic. I felt it on my first day here, and I feel it especially today. The values of Anthropic shape every decision we make, and inform every interaction you have with Claude. They're why we can move fast and ship daily. Its these values that make our models and products so good. They cannot be separated. I am proud to work here and to serve you all.

I have made the difficult decision to leave @OpenAI. Working here and at @xai before was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I have met the best people. Not the best people in AI. Not the best people in tech. Simply the best people. At these companies, I have helped creating extremely intelligent entities that will meaningfully improve our lives. The work makes me proud. But the intensive work came with a price. I cannot believe I would say this one day, but I am burnt out. All the mental health deteriorating that I used to scoff at is real, miserable, scary, and dangerous. I am going to take a break from frontier AI labs, and will take my family to my home country Vietnam. There, I will try something new, and also search for a cure for my conditions. I hope I will heal. Until then.
