However, once Flick arrived, he chose to permanently promote Marc Casadó and Marc Bernal into the first team, and the club ended up not signing any midfielder because we are broke. To this day, Barcelona still haven’t brought in a new midfielder under Flick. Personally, I like him and I think he has the quality to be a starter, not just a squad option, and he could thrive at Barcelona.
