@rcmisk I've been developing software and SaaS for decades. The one thing I have done that has moved the needle the most is to co-found with someone who has complimentary skills. It's a gamechanger.

Software devs aspiring to be SaaS founders. If you haven't felt that pain of the positioning and marketing workload in the weeks before launch, you're doing it wrong. Don't fall into the trap of thinking of marketing as an afterthought that takes care of itself. It simply doesn't. It's extremely hard, but doable. Super-excited to be launching version 4 of a SaaS I've run in various forms since 2019. This one, in an earlier incarnation, served 150 million requests per month, transferring 60Tb of monthly data. I learned a lot about scaling with that!
