@OLX_Brasil @ReclameAQUI Recentemente fiz uma compra de um aparelho e estou sendo prejudicado por falhas do sistema de vocês e a garantia OLX que pagamos de nada serve. Pois devolvi o produto danificado no prazo e vocês liberaram o dinheiro para o vendedor.

Eu devolvi o produto ao vendedor que veio com defeito, ja fiz o envio nos correios após receber o código de devolução da própria OLX e mesmo assim o pagamento foi liberado ao vendedor. Não sei o que houve mas parece que o sistema de vocês liberou o dinheiro de forma automática.

I am starting to see a lot of creators terminated over Roblox's recent sudden DMCA's (and those DMCA's make 0 sense) From the day that Roblox was made, the accessories referenced a lot of games from outside of Roblox. In some cases Roblox did go as far as to add their own touch to the item. Which is why I assume a lot are still up to this day (That or copyright hasn't caught up with them) Within the past few months many of us creators as catalog became more accessible were led to believe that if we were to take a concept/idea that we love. and reinnovate it into something new then that would be perfectly fine right? afterall that is what Roblox itself does (To a lesser degree somehow compared to a lot of creators who have been terminated / are currently facing termination) Roblox has never been fully transparent about what counts as "too similar." No consistent guidelines have been released, and UGC creators were encouraged (indirectly through examples and platform acceptance) to push the line creatively. Many creators followed Roblox's own approach: "inspired by" not "copying." many of us are genuinely confused at this point. there's love surrounding a lot of these accessories and communities built around them. one of these "Emperor" series items sold for over 250k and I mentioned that during an interview with Roblox and they found it super impressive, basically right after promoting me for an event too lol, one of these accessories was also taken down in the past by mistake and was fully restored. But now suddenly its not okay? and people are being terminated over it aswell? there's like 0 transparency man. I know we're not obligated to know shit and if they dont communicate anything then they can be flexible. Afterall they can take down whatever they want and lord forbid you do actually counter any of the strikes youd basically be fighting a multi billion dollar corporation in court over a UGC item its just fucked up man. I hate how they can just do this. what once felt okay for the longest time now suddenly isn't. and ok sure you can start taking down people's items and giving them warnings or even bans. but straight up terminations? thats just fucked. I had someone earlier who has had their account for practically 5 years and was getting into game development getting straight up terminated over an item that barely resembles a "dominus". taking down reuploads / stolen content is perfectly okay and if anything it is what creators like to see. But Roblox is giving the same punishments to legitimate creators as the one they give thieves.
