Iwe Richard, the crux of the matter is, if this bill is to be adopted, it has to go through a referendum. The law is clear as to why. This thinking is a disservice to political science

@tumaisoams @bxllyville It's a fair representation of a modesty grocery. You might have duplicated a couple of things but not significant enough to alter the total. I'm not sure though that your conventional stores give you the best value 4 money in Zim given exchange rate distortions.

@tumaisoams @bxllyville We have different experiences apparently. If a loaf of bread breaks $1 margin in Zimbabwe there will be a demonstration of some kind. In SA, no loaf is less than $1. This is one very basic example that gives you a picture.

@nelsmatya @bxllyville My family has 5 and I don't think SA groceries are more expensive judging from my own experience in both countries.

@tumaisoams @bxllyville $200 is more than enough. I use less than that in a family of 3. We also have lots of vegetables and fruit in our grocery budget and still we don't break the $200 ceiling.
Mind you grocery is more expensive in South Africa than in Zim.
