@txsalth2o Use the Yuka app and check the products you are using. I made the discovery that my Cerave body lotion has propylparabens which may have been disrupting my endocrine system. I switched to Cetaphil and I feel like my old self for the first time in years.

The inability for my body to regulate its own temperature as I approach menopause is ABSURD. I’m hot, now cold, nope hot…why is it freezing? I’m burning up- why is the thermostat at 72?!? Wait, 72 isn’t hot, why am I hot…we need to turn on the fireplace, my toes are cold.
