The public was promised explosive discovery, sworn testimony, and the unraveling of a vast retaliatory conspiracy once the matter faced courtroom scrutiny. Instead? No courtroom reckoning. @LeaveHeardAlone She had no teeth to her case. 10 out of 13 claims were dismissed. A jury would have found no fault with the remaining 3 claims because she exposed herself as a liar. You can quote and screenshot until your hearts content but it won’t change the fact that she bailed. Case over.

1) Screenshot 1: The judge believes that it is “fair to presume” that Justin Baldoni engaged in an illegal retaliatory smear campaign against Blake Lively for making protected claims. That they did “what they planned to do” 2) Screenshot 2: Justin Baldoni admits that Blake Lively made those protected claims in good faith. 3) Screenshot 3: the judge believes that Baldoni filed a “frivolous and factually baseless” defamation lawsuit — and dismissed it. 4) Screenshot 4: “Section 47.1 imposes severe and MANDATORY penalties against any party who files unsuccessful retaliatory defamation actions against sexual harassment and retaliation complainants” It seems pretty clean cut to me that Justin Baldoni is about to change his last name to “Bankruptoni”
