@neonplay Wow, okay. That's surprising, to say the least. :p I thought I had some idea of what people liked when it came to games. This looks like programmer art to me, or at least unfinished compared to how it used to look. Anyway, thanks for the reply and the insight. :)

@neonplay Did you accidentally downgrade Golf Up on the iOS App Store recently? The game looks and sounds way worse today than when I initially downloaded it a few weeks ago. Funnily enough all of the screenshots show the current ugly version as well.
