I chose a smaller rep range so there was less fatigue and I was less likely to abandon the whole thing. I’m currently doing the same with calves with a funny looking movement that’s a single legged calf raise while you’re standing wherever. Seems to hit the whole calf

This works tho. Oddly unlike free weights calisthenics seems to give off better results the more total sets you do. When my back looked the best, every time I got up to do something I did 4 pull ups, until I had like 15 total sets throughout the day
