#FTN had an absolute blast with #ReadyOrNot2 tonight.
Funny, gory & insane, it builds the mythology in all sorts of fun ways & while not as tight as the first, it’s so much fun. Also, @Sweaving is an absolute force of nature!

#FTN I see a lot of reviews for #ProjectHailMary using the thumbs down 👎 emoji & I get the reference and that it actually means you enjoyed it. I’d just worry that some people, who haven’t seen the movie or read the book, will get the wrong idea and avoid going. That would suck.

“That's what's so weird for me with this part. I've always played queer, badass, punk, and then it was like, “Here's the sweetheart.” Santos would be the character I would normally audition for. This was like, "Wait, you buy me as Dr. King? This is crazy. I didn't know I could do this." But yeah, every character I've done pretty much has been that same kind of punk trope until now.
I was kind of like, “I don't know if I can do this.” It's been bizarre that people are like, "Do you ever play anything else?" and I'm like, "I only play everything else." It's weird.”

In hindsight, the character of Xander on Buffy the Vampire Slayer could be problematic at times. But that was solely due to how he was written. Never due to how he was portrayed by Nicholas Brendon. Brendon gave Xander so much heart and wit and tenderness. He will be missed. 💔
