Its why there is signature confirmation and a paper-check in almost every state. I get phone calls for the guy that owned my phone 7 years ago. Isn't fraud.

@nerdglory8 @EarthOne_13 Thats an easy one. Trump knew mail in voting was going to be more D than R, so he started undermining its credibility early in case he lost. Even though many states, and the military, had been doing it fine for decades, he needed a scape goat for his inevitable loss.
