The same bug was present in the latest release of MacOS Wave Link 2.0. Raised a ticket and was asked to do a clean reinstall after providing all steps to reproduce it. I did uninstall it in the end, the Wave Link XLR has remained in a drawer ever since. I'm a customer not a QA department.

Quick question to anyone using the Elgato Wave Link 3 beta. Is anyone finding that Voice Focus is enabled ALL the time — even when the toggle is off? I just recorded 5 YouTube videos, and the audio is awful on all of them. Thought I was crazy, but I recorded using two different PCs. I definitely have Voice Focus off on both of them and both sound extremely processed.
