replies sent vs impressions, last 3 weeks: week 1: learning the ropes week 2: 140+ replies → 105K impressions week 3: 56 replies → 12.8K impressions the experiment ran itself show up = grow. disappear = shrink. no hacks. just reps.

Week 3 building in public recap. Busy week. Barely replied. Barely built anything. Here's what happened: → 12.8K impressions (was 105K week 2) → 569 followers (+8) → 56 replies sent (target was 140+) → Revenue: $0 the experiment ran itself. less replies = less impressions. every single time. also: TipJar is done. 19 downloads, $0, 6 weeks. closing that chapter. moving to app #2. onwards 🧭

Your missing a huge chunk of revenue because your trials are not long enough. Trials of 17+ days convert 70% better than short trials (42.5% vs. 25.5%) Yet apps keep shifting to 3-day trials. Nearly half of all apps now use trials of four days or less. You're leaving revenue on the table!

If the ink bleeds or the alignment's off you catch it early instead of ruining the whole batch That's literally what I'm doing with TipJar right now. 12 downloads. $0 revenue. @michaelfanous1 There is nothing better than to work when everybody is already at home chilling on the sofa. I am working on screen printing business by day and then vibe coding in the evenings. Best combo :)

Without marketing, NO ONE knows you exist. Without branding, no one trusts you.
