Purdue now down 11 now just two minutes into the half. The interior defense has been awful and the offense is stagnant. Going to take some changes very fast to see a Purdue victory today.
@pgumshoe13@kiwitalkz I completely agree, anyone who was alive and playing the other primes (including me)... they need to accept that this game's primary target audience is not them. It's a new generations turn.
@kiwitalkz pretty sure history is going to be kind to MP4. the rabid 'fans' are upset that it's not making them feel exactly like MP1 made them feel 23 yrs ago, but theyre blind to how special MP4 is in new ways. kids are going to grow up enraptured w/ this game and the Lamorn feels.
Considering how divisive Metroid Prime 2 & 3 were at launch (especially Prime 2 and now a number of people think its the best one, I'm definitely not in that camp lol.)
I will be interested to see how Prime 4 is viewed in 5 years time.
I feel a lot of the divisiveness comes from the 18 year build up and the fact that people were disappointed that the game wasn't WHAT THEY WANTED IT TO BE as opposed to taking the game for WHAT IT IS AND WHAT IT WAS TRYING TO DO.
The re-evaluation will be fascinating to see.
There are three things Retro can patch in Metroid Prime 4 which would MAKE A MAJOR DIFFERENCE to the game without changing the fundamental design that's heavily woven into the game.
1. After you get the viola certification add the Viola song as the default background music in the desert but still keep the radio jukebox unlock for the amiibo or the 100% unlock
2. Reduce the amount of green crystals you need to get by half to see the end game.
3. Make the Myles radio hints a toggle option in the menu.
I’m married and my wife and I are best friends, never fight and will die married; divorce is not in our vocabulary. I don’t care if she has dude friends because I know she will always be faithful, as will I. Trust is paramount in a relationship and if you don’t have it, your relationship is shit.
@attecha@Mikkeall1171@NintendoAmerica However, if 2 people tried to play Mario kart or smash brothers using their own switches on wifi/online together. It would not let them connect.
@attecha@Mikkeall1171@NintendoAmerica Not true for offline play. The primary switch uses any account, but the main and the secondary switch only uses the main account. For example, two people could play tears of the kingdom with one digital purchase.
The new Virtual Game Card feature lets you easily manage your digital #NintendoSwitch games, including lending to your Nintendo Account Family Group members! This new system update will be released in late April. #NintendoDirect
@Odyssesus7201 Pray on your struggle. Know your triggers and make serious resolutions for when they happen. You can't just remove, you must add. Working out, socializing, a new hobby, work, more prayer, learn about saints, fill that time. Then pray more. Try intermittent fasting (Fortitude)
I'm looking for advice from fellow Catholics. I have an issue with Marijuana use. Definitely a mental addiction. Creeps up on me everyday and I am failing. Any advice for a Catholic with an addiction problem?
@Misanthrope1013@GabrielHudelson Luke 1:38
Mary said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.”
So if the angel brings news from God... and Mary hears it and keeps it....
@GabrielHudelson "And it happened, as He spoke these things, that a certain woman from the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, 'Blessed is the womb that bore You, and the breasts which nursed You!' But He said, 'More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!'"
Luke 11
In my opinion, the Mary-worship fruit is the most obvious proof that Catholicism is a poisonous tree.
Jesus does not share His glory. Not even with His mom. And you will not find a shred of Mary worship in Scripture. Yet it is a constant theme of Catholic practice.
@MattWalshBlog It’s simple…food assistance doesn’t exist to police your eating habits. A requirement isn’t to eat certain things or not. It’s to assist with food purchases. It is very easy to mind your business.
I have to assume that anyone defending using food stamps to buy soda must either be on food stamps or they’re getting paid by the soda industry. Otherwise it’s a baffling point of view. Why in God’s name should taxpayers be forced to subsidize someone else’s junk food purchase? Why should someone who has cutback on junk food for budgetary and health reasons still be forced to pay so that other people can buy the junk? It’s a totally indefensible position.
@RobertKennedyJc It's not just about the cost of the soda. Less soda means healthier people. Our healthcare system would benefit from better lifestyle choices.
Unfortunately there is no good news in Roman Catholicism. That's why you never see them sharing the gospel. That's why none of them know if they're even saved. It's a religion entirely predicated on works and the traditions of man rather than on the Bible and works of Christ.
