There is no mercy without judgment. One of the worst things modern Christianity has done is preach a grace that is detached from judgment. That is a false grace. You cannot understand the grace of God if you do not first understand the wrath of God. If we do not preach His wrath and judgment, what do people hear when you say they are saved by grace? Saved from what? Unless people understand their despicable position apart from God, the gospel of grace means absolutely nothing to them. This is the reason Christianity has lost ground in this generation: churches have stopped proclaiming the judgment of God.

I support voter ID and believe that only U.S. citizens should vote in our elections. But the SAVE America Act goes beyond that and provides no time for proper implementation. @BitcoinSapiens My boomer parents sacrificed to give me and my sister what we had. They went without so we did not. They endured poverty, high interest rates, and a crushing recession in the early 80s. They deserve to spend their money on themselves. Envious children are pathetic.

@omgsidewalks The University system is broken. Yes. That has nothing to do with boomers. Administration positions have exploded the past two decades driving tuition up stupidly.

Boomers needed about 306 hours at minimum wage to pay for college. Millennials needed around 4,459 hours. Gen Z needs roughly 6,200. If that doesn’t tell you the system is brokėn, nothing will.

Unpopular opinion: The fact that they can quickly install data centers nationally means they could've been updating infrastructure which they claimed was too difficult and expensive.

@neslaughter @omgsidewalks The line is increasingly muddied when corporations require massive incentives and tax breaks to build them and they drain public resources and result in electrical grid subsidies in the form of increased community utility bills to sustain them.

Perhaps it would be better stated “contradicting interpretations of regulations”. We owned a day care in a large city. We had to pay to install a sidewalk for regulations according to one inspector after being told by another that we already met regulations. No one really knows.

@omgsidewalks If you raise everyone in poverty out of poverty levels, the line for what is considered poverty rises with them. There is no defeating poverty. There is only raising the bottom closer to the middle so more people are considered impoverished.

@frankkolnacki Spiritual gifts that work when we are connected. Pluck the eye from the body and it doesn’t work. Cut the hand off and it dies. That entire section was not just spiritual gifts but was about the Body and our need for each other. Church is the Body, not a building.
