@AlisonMoyet In my infants school the girls knitted on Friday afternoons. That’s a tenth of my early education - knitting (A yellow acrylic coat hanger cover)

I can’t pretend not to know the struggles women faced & continue to. In my life time here some subjects were not open to us at school. I needed my father’s signature to open a bank account. In my ‘Hay Day’ my husband was responsible for my tax returns. Memories are so short.
