Received my medicine but totally disappointed with your courier partner attitude I have checked with the person who was sitting outside my home He told me "I have asked the courier person to wait and I will call her (my wife)" He replied "Complaint Kari thi na ki 2 din late hai delivery Ab 2 din mai latkaunga" He said this and went without delivering

@NetMeds I have been hearing the same from last 3 weeks. Refund has been initiated but no details have been shared till date whatsoever via email or otherwise. Normally a refund takes 48 hours to 7 days to reflect, however here its has been more than 15 days & still nothing has happened.

@NetMeds Pathetic Service from Netmeds! Placed an order on 06.03.2026 with Order ID FY69AA5AEE0EA84D05F6. The same was cancelled on the very same day for the reasons better known to @NetMeds. Since then the refund has not been credited back despite repeated request calls.

Person called that I am coming Reached near house Asked someone sitting down Called someone else (unknown) Didn't called on registered number He went back When we called back delivery person He said I called someone she said go so I moved out When we asked why didn't you called on registered number He said I called on some number Asked someone sitting front of house They said go so I moved It's already delayed by 3 days Now this crap delivery service Look I made huge blunder ordering medicine from #netmeds Huge mistake #india #onlinemedicine #onlinepharmacy #delhi

@NetMeds this parcel is not going to reach me. @bluedart in my city doesn’t deliver parcels. We have to collect it from the blue dart store. @NetMeds next time use a better courier service. @bluedart is this parcel is not delivered . You are at fault.

Very disappointing experience with Netmeds. Sample was collected with a promise of reports within 12 hours. Now they deny any association with the lab (Metropolis) and are asking me to wait another 24 hours. Unprofessional and unreliable service. #Netmeds @NetMeds @pradeepdadha
