Hey @pradeepdadha, please step in. I am being continuously harassed by your @NetMeds customer support team, who seem completely incapable of handling a simple request: where is my report? I have been calling them every day for the past 5 days, and all I get are evasive, unhelpful responses. My blood sample was collected on 10th March, and today is 21st March, yet there is still no report. This is after I have recently paid ₹6 to 7K to your company. I have already missed my doctor’s appointment twice because of this delay. You operate in the healthcare space, this level of negligence and apathy is unacceptable and borders on a serious breach of trust with patients’ health. Please review this thread and intervene immediately. If your team has misplaced the sample, the least you can do is admit it and issue a full refund without further delay.

@NetMeds You are not delivering the medicine on time but in the App it is showing the delivery date. Don't confuse the customer with fake delivery commitments and the social media team is the worst. Customer care representatives also give fake commitments.
