Beyond the arguments, it’s just really sad that most people in this country, from kids to adults, can’t and don’t read. Literacy is so essential to a dignified and intelligent life, and there used to be a national push for it not too long ago. And now it’s damn near gone.

I do not understand what billionaires think the final outcome of all this is. If nobody has a living wage, they cannot buy your products, pay for your services, or rent the properties being owned and hoarded. At that point, does the whole thing not just collapse?

A socialist revolution in the states without decolonization is replacing a colonial state with another colonial state. If your organization isn’t placing this very imperative task at the forefront, you’re not serious about ending the domination of the oppressed classes.
