I’ve had so many patients consult me for hemorrhoids, and they all had one thing in common: they used their phones while taking a shit.🫠
Using your phone while sitting in the toilet prolongs your stay, and sitting too long increases your chances of getting hemorrhoids or makes your hemorrhoids worse. As much as possible, you don’t want to be taking too long in the toilet. If your shit ain’t coming out of that butthole, get up and go back to the toilet another time.
