Bought steelseries Apex pro 2 months ago... This is the situation right now.. the number row completely malfunctioning. They register random characters, sometimes random keys are pressed automatically. Did all the troubleshooting steps,uninstallation of gg and hardware reset etc

@HP @HPIndia @omen_india My laptop's wireless network is not working. Created a case and tried calling hp support. Tried 3 calls and waited for more than 10 minutes for each call.. no response. Tried all troubleshooting steps btw.. seems it's a hardware problem. Ethernet connection working fine though.

Bought a new HP omen 16 laptop (ryzen 7, rtx 4060) xf0xxx two months ago. Today the minus key in numpad stopped working and the other minus key was constantly registering the key press. Tried all troubleshooting methods.@HPIndia @HP @omen_india

@omen_india Already contacted support and they are replacing the keyboard. I am not okay with my laptop being opened. It's very new to open up.
