Luckily, the whole thing was fairly overblown. Just two days later everything was back to normal in Puerto Vallarta, and I’m a state over so it was fine the next day.
Was definitely not the greatest timing though! haha

Retaining talent seems to be a big bottleneck for most people in this space.
Here’s what I found:
Offer monthly salary (not just one time commissions)
Offer a good chunk of game revenue share
To attract good talent you have to have a good offer
